As for “something grumpy” on the inside, I voted for that meaning “something Tard inside.”
Show her grumpy on the outside and being all cute and tummy-loved or something on the inside.

Best card yet! The juxtaposition of “Happy Holidays” against her grumpy expression is what makes it fantastic. A grumpy saying inside would ruin it.
