Does Grumpy Cat mind all these photos? At first I thought they were really cute, but now I’ve seen so many posed ones that I feel like Grumpy Cat is being exploited. Candid shots are one thing, but I just saw a whole series about a day at the office that were all posed. Grumpy Cat is easy going, but that doesn’t mean she enjoys all this or that taking so many photos is not stressful…I hope she gets plenty of petting and non-photo-taking time.

It was one day on that trip. Most of her time is spent being just a cat.

From what I can see, the ears perked and whiskers relaxed, that she seems rather happy :) OK, in this pic, kitty is annoyed….LOL

cute furballs! Keep taking good care of them!

I’m gonna take this! I’m a little late coming in here, but let me just say, I work at the Humane Society in the cat room with around 50-60 cats all week long. Most of my cats treat me like their servant and truly don’t care that I’m there other than to bring them food and water. However, there is the 1% that LOVE me and would let me carry them around ALL day long. They wouldn’t care if I was posing them for pictures, putting clothes on them, etc… as long as they were getting some attention. They follow me around, sit on my shoulders, completely hinder my progress, you name it…they do not care what I’m doing as long as they’re in my presence, and mostly I’m cleaning, so their attention involves a broom, a dustpan, a rag, and a spray bottle. They don’t care!!! I’m there talking to them and loving on them and that’s all that matters! Animals do not make the same human associations. They don’t have Facebook accounts! I don’t think my dog cares whether or not I post her picture 15 times a week on my account. All she cares about is whether or not I love her and if she sleeping in the bed!

Tard and Pokey rock my world and put a smile on face every single day!!! That is all!

I just wanted to say THANKYOU for sharing your beautiful cat with the world.
He has brought me soo much happiness .
Sometimes I don’t smile all day until I see this cat and a quote.
    All the best,

Are you kidding? My kitties would absolutely LOVE to have attention all day everyday. Tard, Pokey and the whole grumpy animal family hit the jackpot with their owners!! AND they are kind enough to take time out of their days to share these guys with us. We get smiles, laughs and a kick out of them everytime. Plus they’ve made money for animal charities. There is no harm being done here. Next time you are worried about the stress level of an animal, please go volunteer at an animal shelter or at the very least donate to one (or two).
